What, Be Still?

single lily on waterThe Family Institute’s July Family Tip of the Month discusses stillness as we’ve become accustomed to filling every microsecond with some form of distraction.

From this month’s tip:

Read the entire Tip of the Month and learn how to bring a sense of stillness to your family.
